Shipping policy
Turnaround Times
Our current turnaround time is 3 - 7 working days.
No orders are processed until full payment has been received and all personalisation details, including fonts, logos, and instructions, have been provided and approved. Once everything is confirmed, your turnaround time will begin.
• Turnaround times are average estimates and not guaranteed.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Busy periods and external factors such as postal delays can affect these times.
• Larger orders and high order volumes may slightly extend turnaround times.
• Please be aware: under these circumstances, you may need to allow up to 28 working days to receive your order.
• If you need your order by a specific date, you must inform us before or when placing the order. We cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates if informed afterwards.
• This time frame does not include postal delivery time and is calculated from payment to dispatch.
• Orders are processed in the order they are received.
SHIPPING
• Once production is completed, your order will be shipped from our warehouse using the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Your order should arrive within the time frame of the selected shipping method.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
• All customers are prompted to enter their billing address for both billing and shipping information.
• We only ship to the cardholder's billing address.
Delivery Attempts:
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, your parcel will be returned to us.
Re-delivery will incur a £5 charge, payable by the buyer.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
• If you place an additional order and wish to combine shipping, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to combine orders and adjust shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
• Once your order leaves the United Kingdom, more detailed tracking information may be available on your country's postal service website. For items shipped via First Class Mail International, tracking information may only be available until the package departs the United Kingdom.
SHIPPING TERMS
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
ALTHOUGH DELIVERY AIM FROM DISPATCH IS 2-3 DAYS (UK), PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10-14 DAYS IN THE EVENT OF NATIONAL LOCKDOWNS, POSTAL STRIKES, AND DELAYS, ETC.
